  • Options for telehealth visitation are continuously evaluated so that our patients can remain connected to their loved ones.
  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

A Person-Centered Approach

Identifying underlying causes, building resilience

No matter what form of mental illness you or a loved one is suffering from, it’s critical to seek care from a center that understands the risks and effects associated with that specific type of disorder.

However, no matter the diagnosis, it’s also important to seek support from a clinical team that can assist you in identifying the underlying causes that may be contributing to or exacerbating your mental illness. No two people are the same, so even if two people are suffering from the same disorder, they may have vastly different experiences of the disease. For this reason, Haverhill Pavillion operates with a person-centered approach. Our team of professionals will ensure that your time at Haverhill Pavillion is filled with interventions that will assist you in identifying your unique strengths and overcoming your unique challenges. We’re also pleased to provide ancillary medication management, medical care, and detoxification services (as needed) to ensure our patients’ physical well-being during their stay at Haverhill Pavillion.

Thorough Discharge Planning

Ongoing support for lifelong recovery

At Haverhill Pavillion, we know that getting professional help is just one important step on the road to lifelong recovery. From the moment we begin working with a patient, we start planning for their eventual discharge from our hospital. Our staff works collaboratively to create a discharge plan that is based on each patient’s needs for continued success, and we communicate daily with the patient about this process. Recommended next steps can vary greatly depending on the individual, but we often recommend continuing with outpatient therapy and as-needed medication management.
